1. Introduction

LinkTrip is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all users, especially children. This Child Safety Standards page outlines our policies, practices, and commitments to protect minors who may use or be affected by our services.

LinkTrip is a link-saving and sharing application. Our platform allows users to save, organize, and share web links. We take child safety seriously and have implemented measures to prevent any misuse of our platform that could harm children.

2. Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use LinkTrip. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

2.2 Parental Consent

For users between the ages of 13 and 17, we recommend parental or guardian supervision when using the app. In jurisdictions where a higher age of consent is required, the applicable local law will apply.

2.3 Account Removal

If we discover that a user is under the minimum age requirement, we will promptly:

• Terminate the account
• Delete all associated personal data
• Notify the parent or guardian if contact information is available

3. Content Standards

3.1 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on LinkTrip:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
• Content that sexualizes minors
• Content that promotes or facilitates child exploitation
• Content that encourages dangerous behavior by children
• Grooming or predatory behavior targeting minors
• Bullying or harassment directed at children

3.2 Content Moderation

We employ the following measures to maintain content safety:

• Automated link scanning for known harmful content
• User reporting mechanisms for inappropriate content
• Review of reported content by our team
• Immediate removal of violating content

4. การปกป้องข้อมูลเด็ก

4.1 การเก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็น

4. Data Protection for Children

4.1 Data Minimization

We collect only the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our services. We do not:

• Collect precise geolocation data from minors
• Sell children's personal data to third parties
• Use children's data for targeted advertising
• Share children's data except as required by law

4.2 Data Retention

Personal data of minors is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Upon account deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Reporting & Enforcement

5.1 How to Report

If you encounter any content or behavior that may be harmful to children, please report it immediately:

• In-app reporting: Use the report feature within the app

5.2 Response Process

Upon receiving a report related to child safety, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
• Review the reported content or behavior promptly
• Take immediate action to remove harmful content
• Suspend or terminate offending accounts
• Report to relevant law enforcement authorities when required

5.3 Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations. We will report any CSAM or child exploitation to:

• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• Thai Internet Crimes Against Children (TICAC)
• Local law enforcement as applicable

6. Parental Controls

6.1 Parental Guidance

We encourage parents and guardians to:

• Monitor their children's use of the app
• Discuss online safety with their children
• Review the links and collections saved by their children
• Contact us if they have any concerns about their child's account

6.2 Account Management

Parents and guardians have the right to:

• Request access to their child's account data
• Request deletion of their child's account and data
• Restrict or disable their child's account

7. Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

7.1 Zero Tolerance Policy

LinkTrip maintains a zero tolerance policy towards CSAM and any form of child sexual exploitation. Any user found sharing, distributing, or possessing such material will be immediately banned, and their information will be reported to the relevant authorities.

7.2 Detection Measures

We implement the following measures to detect and prevent CSAM:

• URL scanning against known databases of harmful content
• Monitoring for suspicious link-sharing patterns
• User reporting tools for community-based detection
• Regular review of platform content
