เราเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประเภทต่อไปนี้เมื่อคุณใช้บริการ LinkTrip:

1.1 ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้

1.3 ข้อมูลค่าใช้จ่าย (Expense)

• รายการค่าใช้จ่ายที่คุณบันทึก: จำนวนเงิน สกุลเงิน ชื่อร้านค้าหรือผู้รับเงิน วันที่และเวลา หมวดหมู่ ประเภทการชำระเงิน (เช่น เงินสด บัตร โอนเงิน) บันทึกเพิ่มเติม และรายการ/ทริปที่เชื่อมโยง
• รูปใบเสร็จหรือสลิปที่คุณถ่ายหรือเลือกจากเครื่อง และข้อความที่อ่านได้จากรูปนั้น

We collect the following types of information when you use LinkTrip:

1.1 Account Information

• Email address, username or display name, and profile picture
• Login information from Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple (we never receive your password)

1.2 Content You Save

• Links, collections, categories and favorites you save, including link details (name, description, thumbnail)
• Trips you plan: trip name, dates, destination, places and their coordinates, notes, budget, and photos you upload (such as trip covers or postcards)

1.3 Expense Information

• Expenses you record: amount, currency, merchant or payee name, date and time, category, payment type (e.g. cash, card, transfer), notes, and the list or trip they belong to
• Receipt or payment-slip photos you take or choose, and the text read from them
• We do not ask for or store card numbers or bank account numbers as separate data. If a receipt or slip shows such details (usually partly masked), they remain part of the image you upload

1.4 Photos, Camera and Location

• The app accesses your camera or photo library only when you choose to take or pick a photo (e.g. profile picture, trip photo, or receipt scan)
• Your device location is used only on your device to show where you are on the trip map. We do not store your current location on our servers (the coordinates we store are those of places you add to a trip)

1.5 Usage Data

• Application usage logs and crash reports
• Interactions with the app (clicks, views, shares), time and frequency of use, and features you use
• App performance data

1.6 Device Information

• Device type and model, operating system and version
• Device identifiers, IP address and network information
• Push notification token
• Advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA), subject to your settings and consent (see Section 5)

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

2.1 Providing Application Services

• Create and manage your user account
• Save and display your links, trips and expenses
• Plan trips, calculate routes and travel times, and suggest places
• Read receipt photos to help fill in expenses, match expenses to items in your trip, and compare your budget with actual spending
• Convert currencies to summarize your spending
• Enable you to share links or trips with other users

2.2 Service Improvement and Development

• Analyze usage to improve user experience and fix technical issues
• Develop and test new features
• Improve the accuracy of receipt reading (see Section 3.3)

2.3 User Communication

• Send service notifications, e.g. when an AI-generated trip plan is ready
• Answer questions and provide support
• Send app news and updates (with your consent)
• Notify you of policy or terms changes

2.4 Advertising

• Show ads that keep the app free, according to your consent (see Section 5)

2.5 Security and Protection

• Detect and prevent illegal use, spam and abuse
• Maintain app and user security and comply with laws

3.1 การอ่านใบเสร็จ

3.1 Receipt Reading

When you scan a receipt or payment slip, the app reads text from the image to suggest the amount, merchant, date and line items for you to review. Expenses are never saved automatically: you always review, edit and confirm before saving. Reading may happen in these steps:

• On your device: initial text recognition with Google ML Kit, which runs on the device
• On our servers: the receipt image is sent to our servers for further text reading and is stored with your expense
• Thai receipts: to read Thai accurately, the receipt image may be sent to the Google Cloud Vision API (provided by Google as a data processor under the Google Cloud terms), or processed by a Thai document-reading AI model (Typhoon OCR) running on servers we operate

3.2 AI Trip Planner

When you use the AI trip planner, your request and the related trip details are processed by AI models running on servers we operate. The system may look up places through map or search services, sending only place-related search terms and no information that identifies you. AI results are suggestions and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

3.3 Improving Receipt-Reading Accuracy

When a receipt cannot be read, or you correct what was read before saving, we may keep a reference to that receipt image together with the values that were read and the values you saved, to test and improve the accuracy of receipt reading.

• Used only by our development team to improve receipt reading; never used for advertising, sold or disclosed to third parties
• No separate copy of the image is made; it refers to the same image stored with your expense
• Kept for no longer than 12 months, and deleted immediately when you delete the expense, the receipt image or your account

We value your privacy and we will not sell your personal information to third parties.

4.1 Service Providers

We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us operate:

• Google Firebase – authentication, usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), crash reporting (Crashlytics), performance monitoring and push notifications (Cloud Messaging)
• Google Cloud – server hosting, file storage (including receipt images in private storage) and the Cloud Vision API for reading Thai receipts
• Supabase – service database
• Apple – Sign in with Apple
• Google AdMob – advertising (see Section 5)
• Google Maps Platform – maps, routes and travel times (receives coordinates of places in your trip)
• Services based on OpenStreetMap data (e.g. Photon by Komoot and OSRM) – place search and route calculation (receive search terms or place coordinates)
• ExchangeRate-API – currency exchange rates (receives currency codes only)

4.2 Legal Sharing

We may disclose your information when required by law, to protect our rights and the safety of others, to prevent fraud or security risks, or pursuant to court orders or regulatory authorities.

4.3 Public Sharing

Links or trips you choose to make public can be seen by other users. Expense data and receipt images are never published publicly.

4.4 Shared Expense Lists

If you create or join a group expense list (with an invite code or QR), the members of that list can see its expenses, receipt images, display names, who paid, each person's share and recorded pay-backs. Your personal expenses outside group lists are not shown to anyone. The list owner may add the names of friends who don't use the app yet, for splitting. You can leave a list at any time (entries you paid or shared stay in the group's totals).

LinkTrip shows ads through Google AdMob to keep the app free. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and device information to serve and measure ads.

• Where required by law (e.g. the EU and UK), the app asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice under "Settings > Ad privacy" in the app
• On iOS, the app asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) before using the IDFA. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown
• On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings
• We never use your expense data, receipt images or trip content for advertising

• Receipt images scanned but not saved: deleted automatically after a short period (normally about 24 hours)
• Data for improving receipt reading: no longer than 12 months (see Section 3.3)
• When you delete your account: your account and all data, including trips, expenses and receipt images, are deleted within 30 days of confirming the request, except data we must keep by law

Our service providers (such as Google Cloud, Firebase and Supabase) may store or process data on servers outside Thailand. We choose providers with appropriate personal-data safeguards and act in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

We employ technical and organizational security measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted communication via HTTPS/TLS
• Firebase Authentication with high security standards
• Receipt images are kept in private storage (no public links) and can only be viewed by the account owner through authenticated requests
• Access to data is restricted to people who need it
• Regular review and update of security measures

However, no system is 100% secure. Please keep the account you sign in with secure and do not share your login credentials with others.

9.4 สิทธิ์ในการคัดค้านและถอนความยินยอม

9.5 สิทธิ์ในการร้องเรียน

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

9.1 Right of Access and to Obtain a Copy

You can view your data in the app and request a copy in a machine-readable format.

9.2 Right to Rectification

You can edit your profile, trips and expenses at any time in the app.

9.3 Right to Erasure

• Delete individual links, trips, expenses or receipt images in the app
• Delete your whole account with the "Delete Account" feature in app settings, by submitting a deletion request via the website, or by contacting us at developer@udocode.com

9.4 Right to Object and Withdraw Consent

You can opt out of marketing messages, change your ad consent choices, or turn off access to the camera, photos, location and notifications in the app or device settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before.

9.5 Right to Complain

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
