Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using LinkTrip.

By accessing or using the LinkTrip application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Service immediately.

• These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LinkTrip
• Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of all Terms
• If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization

2.1 คุณสมบัติของผู้ใช้

เพื่อใช้บริการ LinkTrip คุณต้อง:

• มีอายุอย่างน้อย 13 ปีขึ้นไป
• หากอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง
• มีสิทธิ์ตามกฎหมายในการเข้าทำสัญญา
• ไม่เคยถูกระงับหรือแบนจากบริการก่อนหน้า

2.2 การใช้งานที่อนุญาต

คุณสามารถใช้บริการเพื่อ:

• บันทึกและจัดเก็บลิงก์ที่น่าสนใจ
• ค้นหาและเรียกดูลิงก์ที่ผู้ใช้รายอื่นแชร์
• แชร์ลิงก์กับเพื่อนและชุมชน
• สร้างคอลเลคชั่นและจัดระเบียบลิงก์

2.3 การใช้งานที่ห้าม

คุณตกลงที่จะไม่:

• ใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• ส่ง spam, โฆษณา, หรือเนื้อหาที่ไม่พึงประสงค์
• แอบอ้าง impersonate บุคคลหรือองค์กรอื่น
• รบกวนหรือขัดขวางการทำงานของบริการ
• พยายาม hack, crack หรือเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• ใช้ bot, script หรือเครื่องมืออัตโนมัติโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• scrape หรือ copy เนื้อหาจำนวนมากโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• ละเมิดสิทธิ์ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของผู้อื่น
• เผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย ลามก ใส่ร้าย หรือเกลียดชัง

2.1 Eligibility

To use LinkTrip, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• If under 18, have parental or guardian consent
• Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from the Service

2.2 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Save and store interesting links
• Search and browse links shared by other users
• Share links with friends and the community
• Create collections and organize links

2.3 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Send spam, advertisements, or unsolicited content
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without permission
• Scrape or copy large amounts of content without permission
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Post illegal, obscene, defamatory, or hateful content

3.1 การสร้างบัญชี

เพื่อใช้งานบริการบางส่วน คุณต้องสร้างบัญชี:

• คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน
• คุณรับผิดชอบในการรักษาความลับของรหัสผ่าน
• คุณรับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ
• แจ้งเราทันทีหากสงสัยว่ามีการใช้บัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

3.2 Google Sign-In

เราใช้ Google Sign-In สำหรับการยืนยันตัวตน:

• คุณต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของ Google
• เราไม่เก็บรหัสผ่าน Google ของคุณ
• คุณสามารถยกเลิกการเข้าถึงได้ผ่าน Google Account Settings

3.3 ความปลอดภัยของบัญชี

• ใช้รหัสผ่านที่แข็งแรงและไม่ซ้ำกับบริการอื่น
• ไม่แชร์ข้อมูลการเข้าสู่ระบบกับผู้อื่น

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Google Sign-In

We use Google Sign-In for authentication:

• You must comply with Google's Terms of Service
• We do not store your Google password
• You can revoke access through Google Account Settings

3.3 Account Security

• Use strong passwords unique from other services
• Do not share login credentials with others
• Sign out when using shared devices
• Enable two-factor authentication if available

4.1 ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้

คุณรับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียวสำหรับเนื้อหาที่คุณโพสต์หรือแชร์ผ่านบริการ:

• ลิงก์ที่คุณบันทึกและแชร์

4.2 สิทธิ์ในเนื้อหา

โดยการโพสต์เนื้อหาในบริการ:

• คุณยืนยันว่าคุณเป็นเจ้าของหรือมีสิทธิ์ในเนื้อหานั้น
• คุณให้สิทธิ์ LinkTrip ในการใช้ แสดงผล และกระจายเนื้อหา
• สิทธิ์นี้เป็นแบบไม่เฉพาะเจาะจง ไม่มีค่าลิขสิทธิ์ และทั่วโลก
• สิทธิ์ยังคงอยู่แม้คุณลบเนื้อหา (สำหรับสำเนาสำรองและ cache)

4.3 เนื้อหาที่ห้ามโพสต์

ห้ามโพสต์เนื้อหาที่:

• ผิดกฎหมายหรือส่งเสริมกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมาย
• ลามกอนาจาร หรือเกี่ยวข้องกับการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศ
• รุนแรง กระตุ้นความเกลียดชัง หรือเลือกปฏิบัติ
• ใส่ร้ายป้ายสี ทำให้เสื่อมเสีย หรือคุกคามผู้อื่น
• ละเมิดความเป็นส่วนตัวหรือสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น
• เป็นเท็จ หลอกลวง หรือทำให้เข้าใจผิด
• spam, โฆษณา, หรือการตลาดที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

4.4 การดำเนินการของเรา

เราสงวนสิทธิ์ (แต่ไม่มีหน้าที่) ในการ:

• ตรวจสอบและพิจารณาเนื้อหา
• ลบหรือปฏิเสธการเผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนด
• ระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ละเมิด
• รายงานกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมายต่อเจ้าหน้าที่

4.1 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for content you post or share through the Service:

• Links you save and share
• Titles, descriptions, and images associated with links
• Comments and interactions with other users
• Your profile and public information

4.2 Content Rights

By posting content to the Service:

• You confirm you own or have rights to the content
• You grant LinkTrip a license to use, display, and distribute the content
• This license is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide
• The license survives content deletion (for backups and cache)

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Is obscene or involves sexual exploitation
• Is violent, hateful, or discriminatory
• Defames, disparages, or harasses others
• Violates others' privacy or rights
• Is false, deceptive, or misleading
• Is spam, advertising, or unauthorized marketing

4.4 Our Actions

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to:

• Review and assess content
• Remove or refuse to publish content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate violating accounts
• Report illegal activity to authorities

5.1 ทรัพย์สินของ LinkTrip

บริการและเนื้อหาทั้งหมดเป็นทรัพย์สินของ LinkTrip:

• แอปพลิเคชัน, เว็บไซต์, และซอฟต์แวร์

5.2 สิทธิ์การใช้งาน

เราให้สิทธิ์คุณ (license) ที่:

• จำกัด - เฉพาะสำหรับใช้งานส่วนตัว
• ไม่เฉพาะเจาะจง - เราให้สิทธิ์ผู้อื่นด้วย
• เพิกถอนได้ - เราสามารถยกเลิกได้ตลอดเวลา
• ไม่สามารถโอนได้ - คุณไม่สามารถให้สิทธิ์ผู้อื่น

5.3 ข้อจำกัด

คุณไม่สามารถ:

• reverse engineer, decompile หรือ disassemble

5.1 LinkTrip Property

The Service and all content are the property of LinkTrip:

• Application, website, and software
• Logo, trademarks, and brand identity
• Text, graphics, and designs we create
• Database, algorithms, and code

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a license that is:

• Limited – for personal use only
• Non-exclusive – we grant others the same rights
• Revocable – we can terminate at any time
• Non-transferable – you cannot sublicense to others

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
• Remove or alter copyright notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

6.1 การให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ"

บริการจัดให้ "ตามสภาพ" (AS-IS) และ "ตามที่มี" (AS-AVAILABLE):

6.2 ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ

เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อ:

• ความเสียหายทางตรง ทางอ้อม หรือเป็นผลสืบเนื่อง
• การสูญเสียข้อมูล, กำไร, หรือโอกาสทางธุรกิจ
• เนื้อหาที่ผู้ใช้รายอื่นโพสต์
• ลิงก์หรือเว็บไซต์ภายนอก
• การกระทำของผู้ใช้รายอื่น
• ความล่าช้าหรือความล้มเหลวในการส่งข้อมูล

6.3 จำกัดความรับผิดสูงสุด

ความรับผิดชอบสูงสุดของเราต่อคุณจะไม่เกิน 100 บาท หรือจำนวนที่คุณจ่ายให้เราในช่วง 3 เดือนที่ผ่านมา (แล้วแต่จำนวนใดจะมากกว่า)

6.1 Service Provided "As-Is"

The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE":

• We do not warrant the Service will be error-free
• We do not guarantee availability at all times
• We do not warrant the accuracy of information
• We do not guarantee 100% security

6.2 Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Content posted by other users
• External links or websites
• Actions of other users
• Delays or failures in data transmission

6.3 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed 100 Thai Baht or the amount you paid us in the past 3 months, whichever is greater.

7.1 การยกเลิกโดยผู้ใช้

คุณสามารถยกเลิกบัญชีได้ตลอดเวลา:

7.3 ผลของการยกเลิก

เมื่อบัญชีถูกยกเลิก:

7.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the "Delete Account" feature in app settings
• Contacting us at developer@udocode.com
• Your data will be deleted per the Privacy Policy
• Some data may be retained for legal purposes

7.2 Termination or Suspension by LinkTrip

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You use the Service illegally
• You infringe others' rights
• Necessary to protect the security of the Service
• Required by law

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination:

• Your right to use the Service ends immediately
• You will no longer be able to access your account data
• Your content may be deleted or hidden
• Rights and obligations that should survive will remain in effect

8.1 กฎหมายที่บังคับใช้

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้และตีความตามกฎหมายของประเทศไทย

8.2 การระงับข้อพิพาท

ข้อพิพาทใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากข้อกำหนดนี้:

• ควรพยายามระงับโดยการเจรจาก่อน
• หากไม่สามารถตกลงกันได้ ให้นำไปสู่ศาลไทย
• ศาลในประเทศไทยมีเขตอำนาจพิจารณาพิพากษาแต่เพียงผู้เดียว

8.3 การแยกส่วนที่ไม่สมบูรณ์

หากข้อกำหนดใดถูกพิจารณาว่าไม่สมบูรณ์ ข้อกำหนดอื่นๆ ยังคงมีผลบังคับใช้

8.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms:

• Should first attempt resolution through negotiation
• If unable to agree, shall be submitted to Thai courts
• Thai courts have exclusive jurisdiction

8.3 Severability

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

9.1 สิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข

เราสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้ได้ตลอดเวลา:

• เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบผ่านแอปหรืออีเมล
• การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะมีผลหลังจาก 30 วัน
• การใช้บริการต่อไปถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดใหม่
